Artist Bio

Jen Moltoni is a collage/mixed media artist and painter who uses painted paper cut outs in her work. She draws inspiration from her numerous trips to the beach, on her walks around Melrose, and during her visits with family and friends in Maine. Jen frequently displays her work at various locations in and around the greater Boston area. 

Artist Statement

My collage process is simple – I take random pictures and paint various weights and types of paper – finding joy in the swirling and mixing of color – and then I cut everything up. My blank canvases become a playground of form and shape, eventually featuring scenes inspired by nature.
